When our idea was born, remote patient monitoring wasn’t a thing. And we were passionate about doing something to make a real impact in our hometowns, who were fighting against metabolic syndrome and other preventable illnesses. We also knew primary care providers were burned out and no longer connected to their calling. It was time to help primary care providers partner with their patients. It was time to bring back preventive care.
